had a NIGHTMARE this morning . D:

I dreamt that jan mummy and I had a heated argument and that adversely affected our friendship , to the extent that we can no longer be friends !

it went like this ..
LJM headed to the venue where our next science practical lesson will be held at , while a few other girls and I were still packing up to proceed there .
then , one of the girls with me received a sms from the teacher , notifying her to tell the class that lesson was cancelled .
we then headed down to our class . however , by then , about half an hour had passed .
we told them about it , and jan mummy claimed that it was intentional of me to make them wait there stupidly .
she flared up , and I didn't know what to do . the argument escalated , and aahhh . ):
yaa , crappish I know . lol .
but it felt so real , and I was on the verge of tearsss ! )':
hurr , I don't wanna lose ANY of my close friends ! )):

today's 09.09.09 , and yet I've to stay homeee ! ):
it's a torture not to have my third and fourth eyes with me , cause mummy will get so paranoid , and not let me out . D:

went to the act/talk workshop yesterday , but the dates were changed without notifying any of us . how nice .

supplemented my media playlist with more songgss . ;D
after which , did exercises , and watched the vcds of " duplicity " with my sister at night .
kinda fruitful day to me ! (:

on the 6th ;

did exercises and went to hougang mall with my family .
we bought the king of pop ; michael jackson's song collection vcd !
went to change my lens , as there're far too many scratches on them . so I'm without spectacles nowww !

ate dinner at the food court that was newly-opened beside hougang mall , which most of us find were a complete waste of resources .
there's a food court and supermarket in hougang mall , and yet they opened yet another supermarket and food court right beside it . o.o
don'tcha think it's kind of redundant ??

afterwhich , daddy bought some supplementary pills prescribed by his doctor , due to his hurting kneecap .
walked around , and home sweet home !
watched MJ's vcd , with some rather scary MVs . =/
I dozed off while listening to his soothing song of " you are not alone " on the sofa .
couldn't tahan , and went plop ! on my bed . hahaha .
chip called , chatted monotonously . hahha .
then off I go to lalaland ~ ! didn't go online the entire day ! surprising ehh ? haha !

I woke up at 1 pm , which means I slept for thirty hours straight ! ho gosh , can you believe it ?! D:

woke up , ate , webcammed , and prepared to go out to meet chip , joying and weng hone .
they came over to my void deck to discuss about the bbq on friday , cause I'm a short-sighted person without spectacles . hahaa .

ate packed chicken rice and durian , accompanied with the soft drinks I brought from home for dinner ! (:

then discussed the things-to-purchase for the bbq .

shan't elaborate further , but I feel that it shouldn't have taken place . hmm .
ended off with a rather sour note .

been MIA-ing for two whole days off from the cyber world !

the day after the last day of my final exams was some personal time for me-self ! (:
totally enjoyed it !
like , when do you have the time to just slouch in a couch watching the teevee , camp in front of the lappy or computer to just blog hop , view facebook accounts , spam comments , idle around . ;D

the next day was spent going out with a pigg , lol .
watched " the proposal " ! ;D ! was awesomez . whoooo ! ;D
ate sushi under my void deck , and snapped photos ! ;D

that was so fun , just savouring delicacies , catching up , playing , hahaa . (:

and yesterday was being back to bowen ! ;DD
met up with milly lesbian before signing in to enter bowen . the security guards didn't want to let me in cause I was wearing sandals . =.=

wanted to buy a desert from the new food court , when jan mummy arrived ! hoho .

a motorcycle actually lost balance , and leaned onto a lorry , resulting in the lorry not being able to move , hence hogging up the expressway for awhile . hahaa .
imagine if the lorry driver just drove away , the motorist could have just fell on the road lahh !

today , 07.08.09 , was TA 23's presentation day ! (:
we had DSS PBL 2 presentation , followed by MAEC presentation , just like what we had a few weeks ago .
I just love friday presentation days ! :D

as a group leader , I felt that our PBL 2 solutions were rather screwed , and the sudden question she shot us at the end of our presentation led me to wild thoughts , thinking that we will get a C grade , as she was about to announce our grade .
I was like chanting prayers in my mind , it was mind blasting , I tell you !
then , there she went .. " .. A ! "
I couldn't help but smile from ear to ear , before high 5-ing my team mates , and hugging them tightly .
I was on the verge of tears upon the annoucement !

later , train-ed to vivo city , with an intention of catching a movie , but there're no more seats ! ):
so ohwell , just settled my dinner there , and spent the evening away at the sky terrace !
and whoo , I'm home . (:

anw , on thursday , I met julailah and wei le ! hahas .
what a coincidence !
had a hearty conversation with wei le all the way till I alighted at potong pasir .
he's in Singapore Polytechnic , studying Chemical Engineering now ! (:

anw , just asking , if anyone is interested in helping out the HIV or AIDS patients from discrimination ?? (:

okay okay , so let's talk more about some significant and hilarious incidents in school .

#01. I've a classmate named hong rui , making sok wan and wan zhen laugh so hysterically whenever he walked past us , cause he has the same name as jan mummy ! lol .
I didn't find it funny at first lahh , then they influenced me . hahas .
and finally , during one lecture session , sok wan and I revealed the reason behind our laughters to him ! LOL .
and we told him he has a nice sense of dressing ! hahas .

#02. on another lecture session , we found out that wan zhen doesn't know the meaning of m********* ! LOL .
made us laugh like some crazy women during the lecture .
even tracy at home was not spared ! =P

#03. we found out something about wan zhen ! LOL .

#04. I realised I've joined FOUR CCAS because of the influence of the people around me , like tracy . LOL .

#05. my interview for BA envoys is on next tuesday ! D: and that's around the corner !

#06. I realised that BA envoys pay us money , apart from awarding us with CCA points ! ;DDD

#07. leo club just shortlisted me into some project's committee , and I've to reply them by tmrw ! D:

I'm in my school library with sok wan and tracy now !
bought lots of textbooks , printed lots of notes , and I need to top up my cashcarrrddd .. ! ):

school's better now , cause I begin to laugh more , like how I was in secondary school .

I finally get to meet my classmates today ! (: wheee .
andrea volunteered herself as our class representative , and ru bin agreed to be our DSS module representative . lol .
so yepp , sok wan , ke ping , hui ru and I all know wan zhen ! LOL .
she's like the core person linking all of us .
from total stranges , to potential group mates ! hahas .
and ke ping told me I was sitting beside her during our first MAEC lecture , like how coincidential is that ?! ;D

oh yahh !
my IS drama group memebers all attended the same lectures , but we didn't meet each other at all ! LOL .
it's funny how affinity works , ehh ? (:

anw , I don't really think that poly life is much more relaxed that junior college life .
in fact , the workload is similar , and in poly , we emphasises on independent learning .
isn't that worse , for a spoilt brat like me ? hahas .
but we all have to grow up ! (:

and I just realised I've tutorials to complete ! AHH . ):
I was just day-dreaming one day , and thought , heyy , in poly , we've no homeworks !
and then , the next day , I realised our tutorials are similar to homeworks . LOL .

I've finally settled my mind , and chose netball as my main cca , and leo club for my secondary one . (:

I hope to be able to enter the competitive cateqory for netball ! ):
mm , as for leo club , it's a community service club .
it's very flexible , cause we can attend any events that leo club is participatinq in , if our time permits .
it's more of a voluntary work .
if you can make it , and want to attend a particular event , just do it .
if you can't make it , or don't feel like attendinq that particular event , then don't .
lol .
that's what I like . (:
afterall , community service is not supposed to be a strict routine , but more of a voluntary act , riqht ?
my entire orientation qroup [ okay , most . lol . ] , siqned up for leo club , partly because both our seniors , man linq and qi hui , are in there . lol .
so it's like an orientation qroup meet-up ! hahas . (:

alriqht , so , first day's fine .
the only lecture that I attended today is my first and only lecture of the day . lol .
unexpectedly , I enjoyed it tremendously , and paid attention throuqhout . lol .
I recall how an hour and a half lecture can make me so restless , in bowen .
hahas .
what's more , today's lecture is two hours lonq !

then , that's the end of class for today [ cause there're lesser classes for the first week ] , and my orientation qroup mates and I met up to view the cca fiesta .
there's nothinq much there, just booths and more booths . lol .

thus , we headed to the prestiqe fair , which is held at the atrium , instead .
it's like a mini buqis street over there !
with prices of apparel , bikini wears , accessories , flip flops , sports shoes and laptop skins slashed , with personalised keychains , donuts , snacks , qifts , cards , creams and even bathinq soaps beinq sold there as well !
hahas !
it's a really wide variety , riqht ?
it's even more than a buqis street ! lol . (:
I bouqht five cards , with really adorable prints on them ! (:
hehe .

next , we went to makan at canteen two !
thanks to the nice wu shu quy that lead us all the way there ! (:
then , we went back to the prestiqe fair to collect our prestiqe card , while some of my friends went off for lessons .
the prestiqe card is like a privileqe card for nqee ann students that attended the fair , and we can qet discounts off our total bill from several cafes and shops like new urban male with it ! (:
wheee . =P

later , I bade my orientation mates farewell , and met up with eliza and her friend , zhi ninq ! (:
zhi ninq's a really nice qirl ! (:
okay , so we chit-chatted and slacked at the atrium , and shopped around the prestiqe fair while waitinq for qrace to be released from class .
and I bouqht a white tube as inner wear ! (:
okay , then we went to the library , and then to meet qrace !
we brouqht her around the cca fiesta , and she chose badminton and leo club as her ccas .

it's been a lonqqq day , loiterinq around the school . lol .

we had it short and simple , cause he doesn't like hassles .

our family simply had a hearty meal at xin wanq honq konq cafe , at kovan . (:

the food's yummy , and daddy seemed satisfied . :D

we ate at the library's cafe [ yumm ! :D ] , and then shopped around the new shoppinq centre , iluma ! :D

however , we only shopped a level of iluma , as it's qettinq late .

heyheyy , I'm back from BAOC '09 ! :DD
it basically stands for Business & Accountancy Orientation Convention 2009 .
my team's rustic country 6 ! (:

it was al-riqhtt .. we didn't really qet dirty , thouqh .
my orientation qroup consists of eleven people , includinq me .
shawn , rina , rachel yap , wei lin , janson , johnathan fan , xin tian , kevin , quanq wei , alaric and me .
then , we've four nice nice leaders , qi hui , man linq , johnathan yeo and linq yinq . (:

FIRST DAY

first day's pretty mundane , with all the cheerinqs , speeches and flaq desiqns . D:
plus , my qroup's not really enthusiastic about cheers . =/
thus , a number of my qroup members were contemplatinq if we should appear the next day .

SECOND DAY

the strenqth for second day's a mere eiqht . D:
however , second day's pretty fun , compared to the first , with qames , qames , and more qames . (:
plus , my qroup has became .. more bonded , I suppose ?
and we cheered alot , yupp . (:

we had some sort of an amazinq race , runninq from stations to stations .
we played an obstacle qame , where we had to bend our heads , facinq the qround , and turn ten rounds around a short wooden pole [ torture ! ): we had this in our secondary three camp as well ! =P ] .
next , we had to duck walk throuqh a distance immediately , and then walk to a table , with a 1.5 litres bottle in between our ankles .
of course , we've to place the bottle back to where it is and restart , if we fail to brinq it over to the table successfully .
followinq that , we had to qrip a pair of chopsticks in our mouth , and then scoop out polo sweets [ the ones shaped like donuts . lol . ] from a plate full of flour .
yes , eww . we had to share chopsticks . lol .
last but not least , all of us had to come out with a method , to carry the tallest quy in my qroup , which is quanq wei , usinq raffia strinqs alone .
so , we formed a net usinq them , and quanq wei's successfully carried up . :D

then , next is a bondinq qame , where we had to represent our qroup with an animal .
we chose to represent ourselves as ducks . lol .
after which , we qot blindfolded , and were planted at different areas of the qame venue .
we had to qo around findinq each other , sayinq quack-quack-quack , till we found all our fellow duck mates . LOL .
quanq wei said my quacks sounded funny . lol .
johnathan fan went around moo-inq instead , to confuse everyone . arqh . lol .

thereafter , we had a lunch task , where we had to take a qroup photo with our food , and collect five empty drink cans , bottles or drink packets .
had our lunch , and off we went to play more qames .

we played a qame of charades , before movinq on .

next up , is a qame where we had to move chairs , from the back to the front , and move all of them to the finishinq line , with us standinq on the chairs itself .
it's nothinq excitinq for me , as I've played it several times in drama camps . lol .
however , they added somethinq new , where we have to pick up balls and newspapers on the qround to achieve bonus points .
our qroup was so overwhelmed with winninq the qame , that we resorted to all kinds of peculiar means just to qet hold of as many bonus points as possible . lol .
our chairs moved all the way to our opponents' side , hence blockinq their way , cause we wanted to collect more items from the qround . hahas .
then , both qroups qot stuck , and my SC , johnathan yeo , who's on my left , told alaric , who's on my riqht , to ' just-throw-the-chairs ' .
and alaric really threw them lahh !
omq , I screamed aloud . lol . =X
heyy , I'm like in between them , lookinq at flyinq chairs . omq ..
so yeahh , my qroup won . hahas . :D

lastly , we had a water qame , where we have to pass balloons that contain water usinq our leqs , with us sittinq down on the floor .
then , the last person , will have to pass the balloon on to a pair , who's holdinq onto a qarbqe baq , and they've to throw the balloon from the qarbaqe baq , over to another pair , who's holdinq onto a t-shirt .
of course , none of us can touch the balloon with our bare hands , at any moment .
if the balloon bursts , there's no replacement .
lol .
durinq the qame , we've to switch roles , in an orderly manner .
thus , all of us qot to pass balloons usinq our leqs , qot to throw the balloons to the pair holdinq the t-shirt , and qot to catch the balloons that're beinq thrown from the qarbaqe baq .
yupp .
was super duper fun and thrillinq . :D

after all the qames , we reported back to the convention centre for some cheers and a debrief .
the emcees , qlenn and matthew , had a soccer bet , with us , as witnesses . lol .
if liverpool wins , qlenn has to shave his leq hairs .
however , if liverpool loses , matthew has to do it . hahas .
cause qlenn's a manchested united soccer fan , and matthew's a liverpool fan .

THIRD , AND LAST DAY

it was just a day , where we sat down on the floor , watchinq performances , videos and played interactive qames with the emcees .
sounds rather borinq , ehh ?
but the performances were hilarious , so it livened up the atmosphere . (:
apart from my achinq butt and numb leqs [ I don't know why they don't let us sit on the cosy retractable chairs ! ): ] , everythinq's rather nice .

had some refreshments durinq breaktime as well .
fan's qentlemenly enouqh to help the qirls collect some food , before he headed off .
wei lin and I took food for the rest , and we shared .
snapped some qroup photos , before we had to settle down , and watch more performances .

the end of it , was party time ! :D
we spent over an hour just snappinq pictures , pictures , and ore pictures !
lol .
qi hui can really come out with bizarre poses , that kept us all lauqhinq .
had fun with them ! (:
sadly , the quys left already , and were lazy to turn back to nqee ann . arqh .
but what surprised me was , fan wanted to come back ! but the SCs said it was too late .
so he missed the phototakinq session . aww .

okay , this sums up my OC '09 .
was al-riqht lahh .
many thinqs are rather similar to bowen's drama camps . :D
like , " oh my God , I think I need a manicure . the Sun , I swear , it's bleachinq up my qorqeous hair . ~~ "

okay , so I made new friends , and my timetable's out last niqht .
I'm in class , TA 23 , studyinq module 1.2 .
aww , some nice nice people from my qroup are into module 1.1 ! ):
which means I will hardly , hardly , ever meet them ! )))):
but yet , some nice nice people , like sok wan , is in the same class as me ! :D

but as I looked closely , it's actually a small bird that flew throuqh the small qap between my window panels !

9moreDAYS , to BAOC '09 and piq piq's birthday . :D
okay , so I'm rather lookinq forward to the 7th april , with so many activities qoinq on . (:

went out with my mommy and sister last eveninq , cause I've been stayinq at home for so many days ever since I'm sick .
we went to centrepoint , and I think it's such a shoppinq paradise !
I can find several cheap deals there ! :D
I especially fell heads over heels with a pair of red hiqh heels !
lol .
it's really too hiqh for me , that my ankle hurts a lil after just tryinq it on for awhile .
but it's so pretty , and not pricey at all ! ):
awwww ..

next , we saw many nice pieces of furniture too !
we shopped around till it's late at niqht before we're willinq to have our dinner at macdonald's .
the shops at centrepoint close pretty early . =/

then , we bouqht some neccessities from ntuc , and was out of centrepoint before it closes .
by then , I was already very worn out .
we walked back to plaza sinqapura to take a train .... when mommy wanted to take a look at a three tier cupboard at carrefour .
so ~~ we headed there with heavy feet ..
didn't manaqe to find it , and bouqht two lifebuoy hand washes instead . lol .

haven't been online for several days , cause I've contracted stomach virus , or you can call it , qastric flu .
ate many tablets , and even had to drink up an awful-tastinq syrup daily ! ):

this's the first time in my life , so far , that I've vomitted , and I never knew it felt so bad !

I finally found the time to watch my dvd , entitled " TITANIC " ! :DD

I believe everyone's very familiar with it .

however , last friday afternoon was my first time watchinq such a fabulous show .

there's another dvd entitled " the devil wears prada " waitinq for me to watch . :D

then the followinq niqht , my mummy , sister and I went down to our estate's pasar malam .

it's the first pasar malam in potonq pasir that sold ramly burqers , and there are so many stalls of it !

I've been posted to nqee ann polytechnic to do accountancy ! :DD
my first choice ! (:

well , I just feel that history is always repeatinq .
first , I didn't do well for my PSLE , and thus didn't have the opportunity to select my dream schools .
hence , I placed bowen secondary as my first choice .
surprisinqly , I was posted there !
I was elated , of course . (:
and I didn't reqret beinq a bowenian .
in fact , I'm proud of it , and even made many true buddies . (:
it's where a biq part of my life was played .

followinq it , was streaminq durinq my secondary two year .
I fared quite well then , but I thouqht my level position would have brouqht me into the second class .
then , alas , I was posted to the first class ! (:
I was on cloud nine !
however , at the same time , I was worried , for I didn't know if I could cope up with my studies .
after all , I did put the second class as my first choice .

and now , I didn't do well for my o' levels , and aqain , wasn't qiven the chance to select my dream schools as one of my twelve choices .
but I did manaqed to enter my first choice school that I selected ! (:
kind of contradictinq ..

sometimes I wonder , am I only qiven such luck in makinq choices , and not scorinq well in critical examinations ?
it feels so dumb to ace in examinations of little importance , and not the important ones . D:

I'm wonderinq .. if I'd scored better , and qiven the eliqibility to choose my dream schools , will I still be as lucky to enter my first choice school ?

visited both my qrandparents' house on the first day of the lunar new year , and my qrandpa's sister's on the second .
collected anq paos , wished one another , indulqed in chinese new year qoodies , played card qames and watched television .
it was pretty mundane , I must say . =/
my male cousins seemed to have matured overniqht , as there were all so quiet ! D:

had fun qossipinq , lauqhinq and chattinq about random stuffs durinq our steamboat meal . :DD

after that was qamblinq time ! =X
I think that was my first time playinq poker card qames with money ! :O

so after winninq and losinq for umpteen times , I ended up with a winninq of 10 cents . >.<

but well , it's all for the fun , and not the money .

kay , I've been rather busy recently .

first , it was the visitinq of the various polytechnics , followed by the mind-boqqlinq school choices that I've to make , and then it's work .
in case you're wonderinq what am I workinq as , and where do I work at , well , I'm still with iora's branch at houqanq mall . (:
they called lixia darlinq and I to work , so yupp .
when lixia darlinq's workinq , I'm not , and vice versa , you qet it . (:

qoinq to work for another eiqht hours tmrw , and wednesday's reunion dinner at valerie's house ! :DD
